Roopa Unnikrishnan has almost two decades of experience in roles where she has seeded and driven change and innovation. Roopa has worked with Consumer Goods, Education and Technology clients, helping them establish and improve key processes around strategic planning, innovation space identification and idea development.
Roopa’s work around redefining client value chains to better drive customer impact has resulted in transformative strategy plans, strategic planning processes, new product development, vision setting, structural and culture change, team building and re-alignment. She has helped clients unleash tools like Innovation Advisory councils and social media and technology platforms that can activate broad innovation networks to drive innovation.
A Rhodes Scholar, Roopa completed both an MPhil in Economic and Social History and an M.B.A. at the University of Oxford.
