Morgan Johnston is the Manager of Corporate Communications for JetBlue Airways. Morgan is responsible for new media communications and online outreach projects for the airline. He formulates and oversees JetBlue’s strategy for social networks and manages JetBlue's presence on Twitter at http://twitter.com/jetblue with over 1.7 million followers. He is also responsible for JetBlue's internal network of multimedia distribution and acts as spokesman for the company to media. Prior to joining JetBlue in 2002, Morgan held various roles in media production and new media application, designing and implementing online video.

Jinal Shah is a Digital Strategist at Electric Artist, a leading digital agency that creates ideas that merge culture and commerce with social media. The agency specializes in online marketing and promotions as well as online strategies, trends and content development. Jinal has worked as a fashion journalist at InStyle magazine and was a manager on the team that launched Ideablob.com - the first social network ever launched by a credit card company. She has an extensive digital background and stints at leading agencies like POKE NY and now with Electric Artists.
